Tiny toes, cozy corners, and hearts full of love.

There is something extraordinarily special about the first few weeks after bringing a new baby home. The world outside slows down, time becomes measured in feeds and snuggles, and your living space transforms into a sanctuary for your growing family. Opting for an in-home newborn session allows you to preserve these raw, beautiful early days right where they naturally unfold. There is no need to pack up a giant diaper bag, buckle a tiny baby into a car seat, or rush out the door on a tight schedule. Instead, you get to stay in your cozy clothes and invite me into the quiet comfort of your own space.

When I arrive, the goal isn’t to stage a rigid studio portrait—it’s to capture the genuine warmth and tender connection between you and your newest addition. We will move at your baby’s pace, taking plenty of breaks for feeding, soothing, and diaper changes. I’ll look for spaces with beautiful natural light, typically around a master bedroom, a cozy living room couch, or the nursery you spent months preparing. We will gather to capture those sweet family cuddles, delicate details like tiny toes and soft newborn wisps of hair, and all the quiet, candid moments in between.

Warmth, Light, and Tender Moments: In-Home Newborn Photography

If the thought of opening your doors to a photographer during the postpartum period feels daunting, take a deep breath: your house does not need to be spotless. Please don’t spend your precious energy sweeping, dusting, or stressing over a sink of dishes. I only need a small patch of light near a window to work my magic, and I am more than happy to clear a few items off a nightstand or shift a laundry basket out of the frame. Real life with a newborn is beautifully imperfect, and my focus is entirely on documenting the love filling your space—not the dust on the baseboards.
